VacuumProp models an evacuated optical propagation path. The propagation distance is specified by an input, rather than a parameter, because it is our intent to support time-varying path lengths, but that feature has not yet been implemented, so only constant propagation distances should be used. It has two WaveTrain inputs and two WaveTrain outputs, used to model both incoming and outgoing light.
